The lawyer that we dealt with was very helpful in answering all of our questions and he was there for us every step of the way through our bankruptcy. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone!!

Hired Attorney Dustin Butler

I hired Dustin for my divorce three years ago and man what a mistake. My ex started withholding my child from me and I asked Dustin to get visitation set up so he told me he put in a motion for temporary visitation. For three and a half months I checked in with him every week and he told me still no word I’m sure I’ll hear back by next week. So after 3.5 months I called him up and demanded to know right then what was going on so he looked into it and realized the he never submitted the motion like he told me he did. During this time my child was moved across the country on me and I’m now a long distance father with 20% visitation time and all the child support. The advice and service that I received from Dustin was horrible and cost me a lot. My advice is find an attorney that actually cares because that’s not Dustin, he’s clearly only in it for the money but isn’t worth half of what he charges.

Hired Law Firm

Janet E. McCarthy estate has been represented by this law firm since 2011. They allowed one property to be sold and the money stolen and they allowed the other property to rot. DO NOT hire them! I am seeking advice or assistance with a probate matter. If you are acquainted with my siblings or my mother's brother, John Hanrahan, whose last known address was West Chester, Pennsylvania, please inform them. Jackie Simmons, Trish Hanrahan and Michelle Kaminski may also be aware. My mother passed away in 2011, and her probate case was recently closed due to inactivity. My brother, William McCarthy, and John Hanrahan remain legally responsible for the estate. My sister, Wendy McCarthy, is responsible for the neglected house. I hired a probate attorney in 2020, but they have since left the firm. My siblings and John Hanrahan have been evading communication since I hired the attorney. I aim to close this case to fulfill my mother's wishes and spare my children further aggravation.

Constantly raised fees, was more interested in lining his pockets with my money. I had to fire them....!!!!

I hired them on a Friday, and I was told that I would be receiving a call that afternoon or Monday. Nobody Called. I e-mailed the information I was asked to e-mail to the office- no response.
I called Thursday and spoke with Mr. Martin Himself. He assured me someone would call me the following morning, and apologized for my case 'falling through the cracks'.
Friday at 2:10 pm, still no call, so I called them again. I was told they are not pursing my case. Left me in pain for a week, to this.
