From the beginning, they (Tracie and her assistant ) were unprofessional, unresponsive, and consistently rude in their communication. It was clear that compassion and empathy are not part of their practice. I came to them during a difficult time seeking guidance, but instead I was met with condescension and a complete lack of concern for my situation. I had just lost my mother. Someone very special and dear to my heart! I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone looking for respectful, competent, or ethical representation.
