He was very attentive made us feel as if we were his only clients, which is rare for a Lawyer to do.
I paid Rauser and Associates $2800 dollars in November of 2022, being told our Chapter 13 case would take 36 months. After the Firm had our money in hand, they stopped calling/emailing us back. Our attorney would go as long as six months with no contact with us whatsoever, despite reaching out frequently. Our attorney filed incorrect paperwork, leading to a stressful audit. Later, the firm reached out to tell us we would lose our house in a "Sheriff's sale". After playing phone-tag with them, we were finally told this was a "mistake" and that they "mixed us up with another client". In year 2 of our Case, our attorney forced us to call of work for a hearing that was again because of his negligence, and only told us after the hearing that we didn't have to appear. During our case, we totaled a vehicle that had GAP coverage. The firm insists we still must pay for this car monthly despite this. As we approached the 36th month of our case, we tried reaching Rauser daily to find out h
I won't get into a long story ,but they took my money. Then went over my income. Told me I made to much money to declare bankruptcy. Then took almost a month to process my return that they kept 25% of. No explanation of they charges or anything. I recommend you DO NOT USE Rauser and associates. They did nothing for me with my case but told me to stop paying on certain things not even knowing if I qualified. There are better options out there! Good Luck!
My original attorney left your practice mid case. We were not notified. He didn't include a single expense for our kids a 4 year old that just had heart surgery and a 7 month old in the filing. So I can't even afford to go to the dentist or get new glasses. The trustee thinks this is disposable income apparently. We finally got assigned a new attorney and she will not return our calls. We were told we might be able to get a hardship under the cares act to extend our payments to 7 years. Our hardship has nothing to do with covid. So your practice is telling us to commit fraud. We are not going to make it and it's a direct result of your practices negligence. How are you going to fix it? Right now I feel I will be forced to mail my complaints to the Ohio bar, request my case file, fire your practice, then hire a new attorney to take over my case. Possibly even take it up a malpractice suit. Several of the issue I describe above are defined by the Ohio bar as malpractice.
Told me that I could get a total refund if I changed my mind, bull they charged me $250.00 for office paperwork that was never done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
