Eric handled my divorce last year and did and excellent job. He's now handling my contempt against the ex. He's a great lawyer and knows the court system in Cherokee County really well - I highly recommend him.

Hired Attorney Mr. Eric Ballinger

I hired Eric ballinger in February for a minor criminal case where the local police made an arrest without probable cause. I retained him with a $2500 retainer. He showed up in court and talked to the local D.A. who declined prosecution for lack of probable cause. He was supposed to file a lawsuit for false arrest against the municipality and has done nothing and will not return calls or emails afyerv6 months. I asked for an accounting of my retainer and as usual no answer back.

Under NO!!! Circumstances would I recommend this Atty, He has No intentions of doing anything to help your case, Will not file papers will not correspond, He misconducted Funds, HE works for the Ins company, Not you, Takes Money but Does nothing for it, Lazy, irresponsible, Crooked slovenly yAttorney.. Run Run as fast you can Get a real Attorney, I dont understand how he stays in business, He has been reported to Ga Barr.
