Hired Attorney

I hired and paid Mr Burns, then he gave me a rent-a-room atty that did not work for his firm and who never did file a lawsuit after he was provided all info. Mr Burns then charged me to complain although all he had to do was read the emails and correspondence. I have requested my file several times along with a letter to clarify his duties and he continues to ignore me and refuses to send me my file. There has been no quality of legal advice, results nor responsiveness. Do not recommend!!
