Ahhh wittle Daryl Grant Macaskill fooked around and found out it seems per the last review. I am so tired of him hiding behind is indigent status to be somehow exempt for any consequences for his ridiculous accusations please take him for all he is worth.
As it turns out, Ward K. Branch is fully corrupt and is under RCMP investigation. He knew Fasken lawyer Daniel Byma very VERY well and did not disclose the conflict of interest at all. Byma did his articling under Justice Ward K Branch when he was a partner at Russell & Dumoulin, now Fasken Martineau. Branch then went on to form the law firm Branch McMaster, before being appointed to the Supreme Court of British Columbia. In fact, Justice Ward K Branch was a guest of honour at Daniel Byma’s wedding. He issued judgement without bothering with documents because he was very likely paid off by the Sandher crime family. Corruption gets no deeper. RCMP may well have handcuffs for him, and that can't come soon enough. The 'man' is a complete disgrace. He is a pure PoS that can be bought. That is reflected in his curious decisions. Stay tuned. Prison may WELL be in his future. Its called obstruction of justice and the maximum for that indictable offense is 12 years.
Terrible incompetence as a Justice. Justice Branch REFUSED to look at immigration documents that proved plaintiff affidavits were lies. He then assessed costs on an indigent defendant while deliberately ignorant of a Government of Canada document. Unspeakable incompetence.
