Hired Law Firm
Objective and respectful service. Also highly efficient with their operations, from payment to follow up calls. My lawyer went beyond expectations, taking my case from the root not just doing the job according to my first request. Glad to see the lawyer also took accountability for the contribution of building the name of the firm. Thanks for your help Stanchieri Family Law. My case was successfully solved/arranged.
Christine Marchetti was very helpful to me in my initial consultation, generous with her time and gave excellent advice as I considered my options. She was direct and clear in her advice as we worked through the details of a separation agreement and although not entirely in agreement with my ultimate choices was efficient and helpful as we concluded the negotiations. I highly recommend her to any others seeking help in family law issues.
During a difficult, emotional time, Christine was a reassuring voice of reason that was always looking out for the best interests of both me and my daughter. The team at Stanchieri was responsive, understanding and proactive, making for a positive experience during the assembly of the parenting plan I now have. I highly recommend Christine Marchetti.
I was very pleased with the service(s) I received. Both the professional and administrative staff were supportive, knowledgeable and approachable. I was very comfortable in all my interactions with them.{para}The only reason my ratings are not higher is that I have nothing to compare them with - my last legal advice was when I purchased my house in 1976.
Firm is too busy to service it's clients in a timely manner; I felt I was continually pushing them to move things forward. Many mistakes were made on the financial statements and they made an error in a legal agreement that cost me $9,000 and the firm refused to fairly compensate me for their error. I would not recommend this firm.
2016 - 2018 - Hell on earth... This lawyer is totally incompetent. Forgot my court dates.. tried to blame me. court awarded cost to Ex.. Didn't invoice for months..then nailed me with 20X times the estimated billings. Then left the firm of Devry Smith Frank LLP - She did this to five others.. I have all their emails if you need to verify them. Stay away from her at ALL costs.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
