I was very pleased with the work that Andrew did in my separation. He was realistic and grounded in finding a solution in the shortest amount of time. I feel that his experience and expertise saved me money vs. going with a cheaper and inexperience lawyer. He is very client focused and truly cares about their welfare.
I would not hesitate to recommend his services, and I have continued to use him for other legal needs.
Andrew brings a lot of international knowledge and experience to the table and is also quite practical in his dealings with clients.
I was very disappointed and felt misled. We discussed a very specific fact pattern for which I was advised multiple times that the conclusion was a certain way and then the $5000 legal opinion concluded the opposite.
I was reassured my case was viable by Mr. Rogerson, who invited me to visit Canada "to be reassured". I do not know how viable my case is, as I cannot afford to continue to paying CDN$12,502 to send 1 letter (I wrote most of it!!!!! , The "Golden Letter!" which failed to elicit any response. His stupid idea to delegate a case needing English and Spanish to a native German speaker, Gerhardt Schurtzer. Should have bought a car instead. I got screwed by a developer, then by this law firm.
After the 220 dollar consultation and giving 300 dollar deposit I cancelled services. Asked about refund and they magically sent invoice using up 300 dollars. Called it preparation. They printed 6 pieces of paper on day of consultation. Thats 50 dollars a sheet. I figure they found any reason to keep my money.
Tanked my family court case. Threatened to drop me as a client and then left the firm to move onto law in a field where she can't screw up someone's life. Steer clear. Its all about the Benjamins and not about the fight. Paolo
I am extremely frustrated with Rogerson Law. I met with the owner for a consultation on December 16, 2019. He referred my file to 2 lawyers. After being charged for the time they talked to me, my case was transferred to another lawyer. I had to explain everything again and was charged. Unfortunately Covid-19 hit, everything slowed down and people were working from home. But the Estates Courts for the most part were open. After several phone calls and emails I finally had to contact the owner and my file was assigned to a law clerk. The law clerk did her best and did finish the file. On November 23, 2022 I received all the court documents that I needed and in my opinion the file with Rogerson Law was closed. This is now June 8, 2022 and I have yet to receive a final billing statement. Starting in January 2023 I have sent several emails and have made 2 phone calls and no one has responded. I want to close the estate accounts and cannot do so. This is totally unacceptable!
Re: Brian F.P. Murphy Review: Brian Murphy is a “non refundable money up front” scheister who demanded $7500 up front for a small claims action, made promises, and the only thing he delivered was an adjournment of the action in order to prep for the case and then nothing whatsoever was achieved. He is an attorney without integrity or ethics and fancies himself a “player”. Run away as fast as you can from this bottom feeder and any law firm associated with him.
