Rogerson Law Group is a law firm established in 2006 with an office in Toronto, ON. At this office location, there are 10 lawyers practicing asset protection, trust litigation, wills and 33 other areas of law.
I had the utmost incredible experience with two people that work here, James Bennet and Michael McNeely. Both of these lawyers are absolutely incredible. As we all know, Family law takes a long time and you're constantly stressed with all of the court appearances. I found Rogerson Law by virtue of them occupying the building of a now defunct law firm. So glad we did. I was referred to Mr. Schertzer through the Law Society Referral Service. The first referral I received from the Law Society did not call me back and the third was impatient and rude when I complained that I couldn't hear him properly (it sounded like he was on an internet phone and the connection was terrible). Mr. Schertzer was a breath of fresh air. This is the first time in my life that I have had to deal with lawyers and the legal system and it has been an entirely unpleasant experience until speaking with Mr. Schertzer. He listened patiently and empathetically. He gave reasonable and sound advice, answered all of my many questions, and even let me vent a little. I have been speaking with many lawyers to find the answers I'm looking for in a rather complicated case and Mr. Schertzer simplified things and made me feel heard for the first time. I highly recommend him if you are looking to retain a lawyer with integrity.
Arash was totally amazing talking to my son and myself. My son is in terrible debt and not doing well, financially or mentally because of all the debt. Arash talked to my son as though he knew him for years, he was so compassinate about my son's situation, and he got through to my son. He actually took Arash's advice and took action and is currently following Arash's professional opinions. It will be a long road, but Arash took the time with us and explained to my son how to get current debt dealt with and now my son is able to see a light at the end of the tunnel. We are very fortunate to have met Arash and we know he is knowledgeable and very good at explaining and was determined that we understood. Arash even offered to have us call back with progress reports, you dont find too many people nowadays that are that trustworthy and sincerel We thank you Arash from the bottom of our hearts .
