Hired Attorney Kevin T. A. Preston

I'm aware of Mr. Preston's busy schedule, yet he provided me a friendly lawyer/client relationship and I found contacting him was as easy as calling family. I felt valued, understood and important, confident that even minor issues were significant. He provided in-home visits when I was unable to come to his office. My financial claim was reasonable and I felt he shared with me his ongoing communications with the insurance company. Thank you Mr. Preston.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
