Ross is full mission to success while having compassion & drive for his client. One of his true values was to see me through to recovery & support. He truly wishes well for his clients. Ross handled a very unique, complex, multi vehicle highway collision injury case for me and he dedicated himself to it alongside his wonderful, caring Legal Assistant Suzanne. Legal issues take time & patience & in my scenario I needed to let Ross take the reigns to alleviate my stressors already being faced from injury and recovery. I trusted through a longer process (of a complex case) that in the background Ross and Suzanne were handling things as they needed to be handled and I was not mistaking! Ross is very straight forward and honest. In unvarnished truth he will tell you exactly where you stand and what direction you should go. His tenacity coupled with a degree of sensitivity and humor, kept myself feeling like I was important and valued over the lengthy legal process. He will not run up a bill with chit chat or unnecessary communication. If you need a hand holder this is not the guy. That being said he was always on top of the game and never misses a deadline. He was direct in his expectation of me and my compliance allowed for a very respectful and productive working relationship. He is a brilliant lawyer who sticks to the facts that matter and have a legal basis, he will cut you off on the frivolous fluff that you may want to vent about, but this will save you money in the end. Dealing with an MVA is an experience no one should have to go through, but I can honestly say that without the help of Ross (and his AMAZING, loving assistant Suzanne) I would have never received the treatment and guidance needed through it.
