Dealing with Jackie was great. She was very professional and determined. She always had the patience to put up with the over abundance of questions I had, and even when my case reached the point where it seemed like there was no where else for it to go, she would always push harder if that was the direction I gave her. Bringing two families together has its complications. Sorting out our wills was an important one to get right. Shelly and her assistant Michelle did a great job putting our intentions into legal language and explaining it to us. All with pleasant, personal service and a sense of humour.
It was with complete confidence that after my husband passed away I had Shelley update my will and related documents. She is very professional and at the same time very personable and I have no doubt that the work she did for me will serve me well in the future. Ross and Suzanne were great, Ross can be a bit hard to take at times though Suzanne tends to sand off some of his rough edges. Overall a great team and very good at what they do.
Complete idiot. Gives seniors terrible advice that ultimately tears their families apart. Does not ask the right questions to ensure the true desires of her clients are reflected. She is all about making money and nothing about taking care of her clients and their families.
