Very good law firm. I have had the privledge of having a great attorney from this law firm. William wackowski he represented my husband in a legal matter. He was very responsive, determined to fight for my husbands matter and reliable. I felt very comfortable with with Mr. Wachowski which we became close enough to refer on firsts name basis. He was very down to earth he by no means have a dry personality. Bill would crack a joke every now and then he was humorous (not like most attorneys dry personality and serious) he made my husband as well as myself very confident in how my husbands situation would turn out. **DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM!** We have reported William Wachowski to the Bar Association. As a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience and a business owner for more than 12, I have never encountered such negligence, malpractice, and outright disregard for clients as I have with this firm. I hold myself to the highest ethical standards and go above and beyond for my clients—this firm operates in the complete opposite manner. We paid upfront for a straightforward service that simply required filling out and filing a few documents. Due to repeated errors by William Wachowski and team, our court date was rescheduled **seven different times over nearly six months**—one time due to an incorrectly faxed document, other times with no explanation or accountability. While two of these delays were the court's fault, the rest were due to William Wachowski’s and the firms incompetence, lack of responsibility and/or discrimination. This was a painful experience & agonizing experience.
James Fagan is supposed to be my son's attorney but he does not act in the best interests of my son. Fagan acts in the best interets on my son's mother. Fagan drags my son's case into his mother's divorce case. My son needs the support and help of both parents in his difficult times, but fagan totally ignores me and blames me for his problems where I am not there to defend myself. Fagan is not a medical doctor but in municiapl court and in superior court acts as a medical doctor,. Fagan does not do his job as an attorney, he is very unethical and unprofessional. He does not represent my son he represent his mother.
Jason a Seidman and Johnathan f Marshall are lien money grabbing people dont care about their clients oy the money and when u tell them they get very offensive very quickly do not hire this company there lively hood is more important than any of there clients Be careful with this company
