We were misrepresented by this lawyer. He missed one of our court dates. He didn't file paperwork correctly. He told us we never had to go to any court hearings. He ended up losing our case for us and said we didn't give him information on time. We lost our home, lawyers fees and had to pay restitution. Mr. Lenderman did not do any of the things that he said he could do. We believe their was a conflict of interest between him and the other party which also included a local real estate agent
