As to Mr. Jake's posting, I wonder why he did not say he actually approved those filings we drafted. Also I don't know why he didn't say he did not appear in court the last 2 times. (See public record / court's minute orders).Most important, he stopped us from proceeding at a critical point when things could have been done for him. Complaints without mentioning the complete story amount to meritless postings.
We have 2 types of clients-- those who listen and get their Legal issues resolved by us and the whinners like Fernando J., who complained here after he refused to listen. If you are like Fernando, don't bother contacting us. But if you are like other normal clients who are willing to listen, we can get your legal issues resolved.
Good and generous, but up against Government Agency guilty of Fraud (No Judge will ever hold a Government Agency responsible for their misconduct and Lies - not even the Supreme Court).
i used Johns services twice now and it will be the last. the 1st time he took the time to explain things and listened, we did not win what we wanted but had a decent outcome. the 2nd time i used Johns legal help was around fall of last year, this time he was short, took way to long to return phone calls, disregarded information then tried to claim he was never told certain things even tho i have multiple witnesses that overheard me explaining the situation to him. horrible results 2nd time around. i do not know if its because he was going on a overseas vacation or if he just had too many clients at one time. charged about 10k and only made 3 video court appearances and wrote 2 court briefs. for 10k then left me high and dry at the last court date. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICE
This lawyer is the worst that I've ever encountered. I've worked countless time with different lawyers but this one, BE CAREFUL. He's a PASSIVE AGGRESIVE, PATRONIZING and VIOLENT person. The highlights after 3 months of dealing with him are: - No communication, no updated, no answers - A "30 days" process didn't even start after 3 MONTHS - His calls are extremely unprofessional, full of irony, passive aggressiveness and even hanging up while yelling. Can you imagine working with a family lawyer who doesn't have emotional intelligence or can control his impulses? Because I don't and I would never trust a lawyer that has the behavior of a 5 year old child. STAY AWAY and be safe :)
