Honest Christian lawyer. Prayed with me during my initial appointment when I didn't know what direction I wanted to go in with my case. That sealed the deal for me. He doesn't cut corners nor will he advice his clients to cut corners-- does everything by the letter of the law. He was a Godsend, knew the details of my case thoroughly, found cases that were similar to mine and shared them with me. Gave me a realistic perspective of what to expect. I was EXTREMELY impressed by him in court, wow!! I couldn't have been happier. He calmed me down when I was anxious about my case during all of the delays throughout the pandemic. I highly recommend him. He cares and is fair. His paralegal was very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the process. Very grateful I was referred to them.
Wayne Lancaster lost my case, however he accused me of losing it. I basically spent $6000 in three weeks and for nothing in reality. I felt I was not given the opportunity to defend myself in the temporary hearing of my divorce case. My husband was not telling the truth and when I tried to to say something in my defense, Wayne would make a hand motion for me not to say anything, therefore I didn’t and I regret this. I do not feel that he is a good communicator and my opinion is he is not really interested in taking time to understand his client’s true situation. His personality is abrasive and I’m not fond of the way he speaks to his staff, who is a really sweet person. He is also more expensive than most attorneys.
I do not recommend it, he does not care about the safety and stability of the family, much less the children, everything is money for him and his convenience. My Worst experiences was putting my case in his hands.
The worst experience ever with Wayne Lancaster. He doesn't prepare for trial. He tries to learn case 5 minutes before hearing. Lancaster doesnt file paprework in a timely fashion. He actually signed a temporary order for me and never even sent it to me. The order heavily favored my ex. LANCASTER was the worst money I spent in my life. Absolutely horrible! Michael Meehan
