Hired Attorney Michael P. Stuermer

Failed for 3 years to interview witnesses. Failed to obtain client' file / investigation from initial attorney / law firm. Failed to schedule depositions within statute of limitations to include defendant's employer who was later included in suit by presiding judge - although appealed. Failed to return calls unless memoed by other partners client reached out to. Requested personal property of value from client in front of his managing partner who took lead position during mediation.

Very poor they dont keep you informed of nothing. I have had to inform them of the comp ins co switching carriers. I had to call to find out i had a new attorney. Ive had to everything on my own and now im stuck with back and hip pain cuz they dont want to do their job.

Terrible lawyers! Begged over and over for them to make a call to the insurance company about the agent and refused. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone including my worst enemy.
