Hired Attorney J Charlton

J. Eric Charlton is a very good, nice and very knowledgeable litigation attorney and I would highly recommend him if you are involved in a litigation action. However, because he did not believe in me enough when I had wanted my case moved to a different county venue because of a obviously biased judge, I ended up losing my litigation case due to a "Good Ole Boys Club" here in the county where I live and a judge that should NOT have been allowed to preside over this case.

Hired Attorney James Grossman

Mr. Grossman was my first attorney whom I hired in October in 2003. He never filed any legal papers because he said I knew I was getting sick from the house in 2002 and a personal injury claim had passed. This continuing nuisance claim was a RPAPL; or Real Property Actions and Proceedings action based on a continuing water nuisance from a huge development. Mr. Grossman is currently in partnership with the Attorney Robert Shattuck who represented the Town at the time 2005. $ 9,000.00 was misspent

Hired Law Firm

I was referred to Jeff Dove by one of our customers who filed for bankruptcy. Our company wanted to be considered for payment but after leaving 7 messages over the past month on his voicemail and receptionist (9/18/25, 9/24/25, 10/1/25, 10/3/25, 10/13/25, 10/15/25 and 10/17/25) and getting no response, I reached back out to our customer. He informed me that he has received the same complaints from many other vendors. Not a very effective lawyer for Barclay Damon.
