Mr. Gilbert shines in some areas but is very dim in others such as filing paper work by a certain dead line he does not do very well his intentions are good but in the long run he makes you lose your chances of winning your case due to his negligence but on the other hand he is very passionate about children and anything pertaining to children and he is also very good at finding loop holes in the system.
I wish I would have have not contracted his services. His office was a mess and the secretary always looked incredibly stressed. It took forever, almost up to the week of the statute of limitations, to reach an agreement on a matter that should have taken considerably less time. Because it was a smaller case, he was not shy at all about how he "more important cases" to deal with. Do yourself a favor and don't settle, research more attorneys.
