After a slip and fall accident, I called Ramos Law. Bradford was very kind and thorough when asking me questions about the accident. Used other law firms and switch my cases to Ramos Law. That was the BEST decision I ever made! Meghan Stevenson the Senior Paralegal was Super Professional and helpful throughout my cases! She went above and beyond her job to keep me informed automatically and constantly on my cases. She help me through the rough times and all my surgeries that I had to have. Traumatized by my accidents and all through the process she had the calming and caring ability that got me through! She always was one step ahead of the PTSD, and all my other issues! I could not have made it without her support! Clarence Gamble and Ashley Whiting were the Fantastic right hand helpers that were just as helpful and caring to help in my cases. This law firm is THE BEST!! Every person I had the pleasure of speaking with for nearly a year, was professional, kind, compassionate, and above all, HONEST. Working with this firm, Marianne Garrison and her staff in particular, was a good decision on my part. I interviewed other firms and Ramos Law had the best approach to my case. I'm a professional real estate broker familiar with contracts and terms, however, the insurance claim side was a foreign language to me. Marianne answered all my questions fully and succinctly. She got the case into mediation and did an exemplary job, she negotiated a settlement for over 10 times what the insurer offered. I highly recommend and thank Ramos Law and Marianne Garrison.
