We were working with a tight time frame, and Ramos was willing to take our case when other firms wouldn’t. They patiently answered all our questions, professionally explained processes and provided us with helpful counsel. They were very available via phone, text and email. We had hit a “stalemate” with the insurance company and they advocated for us and gave us peace of mind that they could resolve things. This removed a huge emotional burden from us, and enabled us to reach a reasonable settlement in the required time frame.

Here's my experence working with the Badass "Rock Stars" Chad Bergerstaff & peralegal Cristian at Ramos. Let me first tell you a story. Last year I had another case & chose a small Denver law firm that seem to have great almost 5 stars reviews but later found found out it was a complete sham. I thought I would get more personized & faster treatment with asmaller firm but after 3 paralegals & over 1 year for a pretty cut & dry case only needing me to heal & complete treatment my 1st paralegl was never there and never repsonded to voicemails or emails after after months of frustration requesting to settle she stated that the Insurance adjust isn't responing... Finally 3 months after i agreed to settle & she calls me in here last week with the firm & says they agrred to $7000 which was shocker to me but it is what it is right & the check should at the office in 10 days RIGHT?? My medical bills should have been paid right?? Onto to my 2nd new paralegal who had no clue & only last 4 weeks.
