My experience with Jessica has been great. She took all the stress and anxiety out of the process of applying for a marriage green card. My husband (green card holder) and I (Russian citizen) began the application process in April 2021, and we just received my green card in the mail (June 2022). Despite the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and my husband not being a US citizen, the whole process took us just a bit more than a year. And my green card was approved without the interview, which was truly amazing. All thanks to Jessica and her wide understanding of immigration policies! Not only she gave me the confidence I needed, she was also very knowledgeable, skilled, intelligent and sincerely caring. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer.

Jessica went above and beyond with our case (green card based on marriage) and there's no one else I would want to work or continue working with other than her. It is difficult to find a lawyer that you can connect with and know from the very beginning that you can trust but that wasn't the case with Jessica. Jessica was easy and wonderful to work with. A few things that stood out: - She's highly responsive to emails; you can expect a speedy response at any time - She's very organized and makes the process super easy. She's clearly very experienced and has things down to a formula basically. She uses very clear checklists and guidelines when putting together paperwork so we're not confused or overwhelmed by anything. When we went in for our actual interview, there was nothing that surprised us, she prepped us so well and had everything covered! - Our process was actually unique in that with the first submission of our application, the immigration office lost one of our files (totally their mistake) and rejected us erroneously. Jessica was really quick to help us re-submit, and then push for an expedition based on USCIS error, which actually did result in our overall case being approved much earlier than the standard.
