Do yourself a favor and hire Jessica. Period! Jessica is the most professional and efficient person I have worked with (I promise, this is not an exaggeration). My husband (American citizen) and I hired her to help me obtain my marriage based green card. I am from Uganda and I had an L1B visa at the time. My green card was approved in 5 months, which is record time all thanks to her diligence. (In the meantime, my work authorization card was approved in 2 months, prior to the green card approval. I contacted Jessica to help me with my immigration status. I am originally form France; I have been in the US for over 10 years. I had many work visas that allowed me to stay and work in the country. With so many years spent in the US, my life was set in the country. After having my first child, my wife and I thought it would be important for me to obtain a green card. Jessica is an incredible lawyer and we cannot recommend her highly enough! My wife (Colombian) and I (US green card holder) contacted Jessica about 1 year ago after speaking to about 4 other immigration lawyers. We didn’t really feel a connection with or trust in the others we spoke to and were still searching.
