Hired Law Firm

Bob Dubno was recommended to us by friends who had recently used his services to purchase their coop. They couldn't speak more highly of him, and neither can we. He was wonderfully straightforward and thorough when describing the process of buying a coop, and then walked us through every step of the way so we always knew what to anticipate. He always encouraged us to call, email or stop by if we had questions (none were too small), and was always generous with his time. Top marks indeed.

All aspects of my experience with Bob Dubno were wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, honest, and thorough. As a first time home buyer I entered into my transaction with a great deal of stress and anxiety which he easily removed with both his capabilities and a much appreciated sense of humor. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a spectacular real estate lawyer.

My closing became to complicated for him and he left me high and dry. I kept calling for him to help me get my down payment back or do something--anything--to help and he didn't lift a finger.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
