As a first time home-buyer, Apryl was the best part of the whole process. She represented me across two deals while purchasing my Brooklyn co-op. I was nearly in contract on my first deal when we noticed some concerning issues in the meeting minutes. I asked Apryl to add in some protection for me in the contract but the deal fell through. She was supportive of my decision and didn't push me to commit. My second deal was much more successful and she was amazing the entire time.
