Why do men like fast cars? We are never going to floor it to 211 mph. Even if you are cruising around at the posted speed limit, being in a car that can hit 211 feels different. Better. Every custody case is different. Most do not go to trial. Mine did. This is NOT an anonymous post. The court ruled sole legal and physical custody in my favour. The father. Harris & Literski took my case after returning a call on the same day, during a long weekend. EVERYONE I interacted with at the firm was an absolute professional. At first when I separated, I was sure I was going to cruise to an amicable resolution. Surprise… surprise… We ended up going to trial and that’s where hiring Matt made a difference. As we headed into proceedings, he outclassed and plain outsmarted the opposition. His closing arguments were on point. When the light turns green at the traffic stop, you do NOT want to be sitting on the Prius that is running out of gas. You want to be in the souped up Mustang.

Matt Literski is an outstanding attorney. During the coarse of my court proceedings he always kept me up to date and most of all made sure I was comfortable. Would have liked to speak directly with attorney sometimes, not only through his assistant. Would have liked responses to questions more quickly.

Matt is unprofessional, and submits documents to the court late. This caused the case to be postponed on 2 separate occasions, costing us time and money having to come back again and again. When questioned by the Judge on his unprofessional behavior, he blamed his legal team instead of owning up to his mistakes. Not someone I would ever want to work with again!

Ed Literski was my arbitrator in my divorce. He was by far the worst we could have asked for. Constantly missing deadlines, they ran my case out to 2 years. Ed took 90 days to give judgment in the end and was given 60 by the judge. I was the only person this hurt. There were no repercussions along the way for all the missed deadlines set by the court. I highly advise finding another attorney.
