Hired Attorney

Hired McMinn in August 2020 to resolve a case regard CT 31.51Q via mediation against Gartner Group. The case had no movement until Q4 2023. McMinn allowed opposing counsel to abuse civil rights during deposition. Additionally, he did not vigorously object to opposing counsel who took testimony out of context and used it for motions for sanction. If you need a lawyer who will not fight hard and will allow other lawyers to attack your protected status, political beliefs and other civil rights then choose him.
