Had him for a DCF case against the mother. DcF wanted custody and I contested. A paternity was ordered and this incompetent "attorney" tries to tell me that my next date would be a plea skipping the WHOLE PROCESS of contesting commitment because he said "the court order paternity test took to long" him and DCF literally are breaking the law and this guy needs to be held accountable for his lies and fraud. If I could give zero stars I would. You should be ashamed of yourself robollo
We encountered Atty. Rebollo as a result of his "presiding" over a hearing in a complaint we filed against a real estate lawyer who did not deposit a check for a real estate transaction into a lawful attorney trust account, but rather retained it in his possession. Atty. Rebollo's certainly did a good job covering for his fellow lawyer, but he certainly did not treat us fairly. In the end, Atty. Rebollo rubber-stamped the malfeasant lawyer's conduct and disregarded the well established legal and ethical requirements that call for attorneys to deposit monies entrusted to them into a lawful attorney trust account. In addition, Atty. Rebollo did his utmost to stymie our efforts to hold the malfeasant attorney accountable, including blocking discovery. It total, he is a vile and odious excuse for an attorney, and he is a disgrace to the legal profession.
