Hired Attorney Jeffrey Tierney

Working with Jeffrey Tierney renewed my faith in attorneys and the legal process. His calm confident manor and his knowledge of law and legal process made the litigation I was involved in much less stressful and worrisome. Hired Attorney Jeffrey Tierney

The case I presented to Jeff was difficult both in content and because of the nature of the defendants. Not only was Jeff incredibly thorough in his work and adaptable to shifting circumstances brought about by the defendants, but he also was extremely patient, courteous, and plainspoken when I asked him to explain things to me as we went through the process of helping me out of a bind that I was eager to be out of. He rose to the challenge, like winners do. He is excellent at his work and I was very pleased!

Hired Attorney J. Devlan Geddes

You'd be hard pressed to find a better attorney than Devlan Geddes. He handled my case with argument and intellect impressive in its own right, but what makes Devlan so outstanding is his compassion. In a case that forced me to confront the worst time in my life, he was supportive and kind and pursued justice for me with both vigorous passion and sensitive care. I owe so much of the hope that has allowed me to move forward with my life to him and his work.

Devlan Geddes came on board midway through the discovery process to defend our case when our capable, sole-practitioner attorney was over-powered by a large law firm. Devlan got up to speed very quickly. His firm has a great team - organized, smart, efficient, and able to handle our complex and time consuming legal needs involving over 70,000 pages of discovery. Many attorneys claim to be effective litigators, few actually are. Devlan Geddes is unquestionably one of the top litigation attorneys in Montana. If competent representation is needed for complex business matters Devlan and the Goetz firm will handle it. His track record speaks for itself as does reputation in the Gallatin Valley. I strongly recommend Devlan and the Goetz firm from my own personal past experience.
