The case I presented to Jeff was difficult both in content and because of the nature of the defendants. Not only was Jeff incredibly thorough in his work and adaptable to shifting circumstances brought about by the defendants, but he also was extremely patient, courteous, and plainspoken when I asked him to explain things to me as we went through the process of helping me out of a bind that I was eager to be out of. He rose to the challenge, like winners do. He is excellent at his work and I was very pleased!
