Attorney Darby Hoggatt opened Hoggatt Law Office, P.C. in Fort Collins in 2002 with the goal of helping victims throughout northern Colorado recover compensation for their injuries. Since then, the firm has added locations in Greeley and Longmont, but our dedication to our clients has remained the same.

As a small law firm, we become personally invested in every case that we take on. When you call us, you become a part of our family, and you will receive the personal attention that you deserve. Darby has represented my wife and I on four separate claims, two were worker's compensation claims, one was an auto accident, and one was a social security disability claim. Darby was successful on all four claims. He is very compassionate. He is attentive. He explains the law in a way that we can understand. His staff is very competent and attentive as well. He has a small firm that is very customer service oriented verses some of these larger firms where you feel like you're just a #.

Hoggatt Law worked with us on my husband's SSDI application. After initially being denied, we hired Hoggatt Law to help with our appeal. Darby in knowledgeable about resources in our community and provided the best advice we have received. My husband received his SSDI determination, fully favorable, with back pay to the date when he became disabled, monthly payments, and Medicare. I’m certain that it would have taken multiple appeals, and a less positive outcome, without Hoggatt Law.
