He enthusiastically accepted my relatively simple case (for him), then lied to me several times and essentially abandoned me. His actions or inaction had a direct impact on the outcome. The additional stress his actions caused is immeasurable, the potential for future damage because of the outcome also immeasurable. We signed a contract and I never saw him again. He didn't prepare, he mislead me (when I called him), he didn't do anything. He did finally remember to enter an appearance nearly a week after hiring him. I wonder to this day why he did this to me. I've heard he's good, so why would he create this additional stress and lie to me as well?
