My experience with Attorney Salomon was excellent. She really cares about her client. She was very kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and well represented me in the complicated situations. She executed the complaint timely and kept me informed of the process. She took the time to explain the process and was always available to address my concerns. She answered any questions I had very clearly. Attorney Salomon is truly wonderful and professional attorney. I thank her for creating the successful outcome. I will highly recommend to anyone seeking legal help.
Attorney Kurt Kusiak was our representative in a probate case. We had been previously working with another Firm for 14 months with little to no progress being made. We changed Counsel to Kurt, and from the very first conversation it was clear that he knew exactly what was needed to be done to get the discoveries completed and presented to help us obtain the expressed result we deserved and needed. Kurt is extremely knowledgeable, a poised communicator, and always responsive to both our inquiries and the needs of the case. He is a great listener and showed us both patience and compassion in understanding the emotional suffering this case was imposing upon us. He was the voice of reason that was needed, and we had confidence that we were in great hands with him. Kurt was able to bring us to resolution in less than four-months time. We would absolutely recommend Attorney Kusiak’s services to anyone seeking a great litigator who is both hard working and truly cares about his clients.
Kurt diagnosed the key issues of my real estate partnership dispute quickly and helped navigate a successful outcome avoiding time consuming and costly litigation. I have experience working with attorneys across various fields of law and he stands out in his ability to provide practical and effective legal advice presented in a clear and concise manner. I also frankly enjoyed our conversations even through a tough situation. I highly recommend hiring Kurt as your advisor for any dispute and especially at the formation of any business partnership.
Nathalie is a fantastic and very knowledgeable attorney in her areas of expertise. She did not only walk me through my options in detail after carefully listening to my case, but also provided extensive guidance throughout my case. Her responsiveness made it a lot easier to get through those difficult times. I would not have been able to resolve my complicated case without her help. Highly recommended!
Kurt represented me in a painful partnership dispute case. He quickly formulated our strategy and clearly discussed it with me. We spoke regularly throughout the legal process as prosecuted a thoughtful, thorough and successful case for me. Kurt is highly intelligent, experienced, tough and professional. He's a tremendous advocate to have in your corner.
From our first meeting with Attorney Kurt Kusiak, we felt confident he could help us with a complicated estate issue that had reached an impasse. Kurt is compassionate and realistic in his guidance. Some of the most notable accolades we could use to describe him are knowledgeable, unflappable, responsive and personable. His communication is informative and timely whether in person, by phone or email. Attorney Kusiak and Fitch Law Partners brought our case to a resolution through careful negotiation more quickly than we could have hoped for, avoiding emotionally draining and financially costly litigation. We highly recommend Attorney Kusiak and the team at Fitch Law Partners.
Mr. Fitch recently represented our company in a complex international arbitration case involving the unlawful termination of a license agreement by a listed USA corporation. This recently settled and included a multi-million dollar payment to us. In the arbitration Mr. Fitch faced other top international arbitration lawyers and walked all over them. The result shows just how good he is. We unreservedly recommend the services of Sally & Fitch LLP, and especially Jonathan Fitch.
Disappointing service by Jeff, while he is clearly knowledgeable and verY intelligent and knows how to “sell” both of those things, the detail and bedside manner that follows after that belies the only real goal: “rack up fees.” The opposing attorney ran circles around the Fitch team, the defendant at one point mocking their perceived incompetence. Do not recommend at all for divorce litigation.
In my experience, Barbara Drury has shown little regard for her client’s real needs and circumstances, particularly in the case of a vulnerable cancer survivor whom she appears to have exploited financially. Rather than acting with any sense of honor or professionalism, she employed a generic, adversarial strategy—vilifying the opposition while displaying a shockingly poor command of legal writing. Despite charging my wife over $60,000, Ms. Drury neglected key facts, ignored alternative viewpoints, and seemed utterly uninterested in pursuing a fair resolution. Her approach was both unimaginative and combative, more fitting for a “standard playbook” than a nuanced legal strategy. In my view, this kind of representation fails not only to serve clients’ interests but also undermines the principles of honest and ethical advocacy. If you’re seeking an attorney who truly listens and advocates in good faith, my advice is to look elsewhere. This is one lawyer whose services, in my opinion, a
This law firm just sent me a phishing email and told me to talk to my IT department! Sorry! I don't have an IT department. I reached out to them seeking help months ago. Don't open their emails. And they won't help you when they infect your devices with their malicious software--they'll tell you to call your IT department! Jerks.

Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential.
