Hired Attorney T. Dean Amos

I had Dean for a previous case which he did a fantastic job. I also discussed a future estate problem that I would need help on. He told me come to back and he would take care of my case. Well, it happened and Dean took such personal care of my problem, I felt his caring attitude. Dean was always available. His Staff was just as great. When settlement time came, knowing what he had to deal with, I feel he did excellent. I recommend Dean to anyone who needs a lawyer.

I am very pleased to provide a review for the Law Offices of Amos & Kapral. From the Administrative Staff to the Attorney's; the firm exceeded my family's expectation in providing us with the support and guidance in settling a claim against a nursing home due to negligence of a family member. The entire staff kept me and my siblings updated on the processes and the progress of our claim. Attorney Kapral guided us on negotiating a very fair settlement. I would highly recommend this firm!

I researched online when I knew I needed to retain a strong workers comp attorney. Steve seemed to be a great fit, and sure did not disappoint. He is extremely professional and honest, and has great knowledge of the laws. After all was said and done, he got me a very fair settlement that my family needed. I recommend Steve without reservation. A real class act!

Working with Kapral was ok but my settlement was a different story. The average settlement for a knee injury was 35,000 and he told me he would be glad to see me go home with 10,000. During the meditation he did not fight for me at all. All he was interested in was getting his fee. I would not recommend him for a workman comp case. I emailed him this same msg and he had no reply. I ended up with 25,000 but he took 6250.00 out of it. He will not fight for you so look else where if I was you

I've done real estate closings with almost every attorney in the Hickory area over the last 9 years. My recent closing with Amos & Kapral was my LEAST professional or enjoyable. There were many problems including the following: 1. Up to an hour before I was suposed to sign my papers, I had not even recieved a HUD/closing statement. Also, no update if my signing should be delayed. My attorney and I had to follow up to even receive the HUD, which came in AFTER my scheduled time to sign--I would have shown up and not been able to sign, a totla waste of my time. 2. Their fee to prepare a seller's document turned out to be $353. I have never paid more than $250 for any firm to spend the few minutes to prepare my seller's docuements. Even after their unprofessional failure to provide a HUD, they refused any discount to even the going rate of $250 or less. 3. They set the buyer's time to sign at 1pm on a Friday, also the last day of the calendar month. They informed me now that i

Hired Attorney T. Dean Amos

He is a crook. He made me wait four and a half years until I demanded to attorney Young head of Tate Bach and Young Law firm. to go to court. He walked out on me and I have the proof to prove it. I have been suffering so bad from broken neck back and chest that Iv become a hermit but not no more. I want the public to know what kind of man he is.
