Patrick Walker should not have taken a divorce case if he doesn’t handle confrontation well. He shouldn’t take any case that deals with confrontation with his incapability of standing up for his clients. He expressed about 4-5 months into the divorce process he was not a confrontational or aggressive styled attorney. I don’t believe one needs to be in order to stand up and fight for your clients. You can keep integrity while being tactful in holding the other side accountable for what is provided or not provided and require substantiation. After all, this is why you get and pay for an attorney. His inability to hold my ex-husband and his attorney accountable didn’t only cost me money, it cost me a lot emotionally as well. Divorce is already an ugly and difficult process. It does not need to be made more difficult with an attorney incapable of standing up for and being an advocate for his clients. I'd strongly urge you to find anyone else in the valley and avoid him at all costs.
