He was completely invested in our case, he is honest and works really hard to make sure he takes care of you. He spent long days preparing for our case and was always prepared. We trusted him and we are so glad we did, without him we wouldn't have known what direction to take. He offered us advice and direction that was so valuable to our case. He is worth every penny.
Doug is a TERRIBLE attorney. I was his client for 6 months and my experience was completely upside down. He started off strong, like he was actually going to help me & he absolutely failed in every category. His response time was a joke, I was stonewalled by him & his office staff. My calls un-returned, emails literally never responded to. He was completely unwilling to submit motions that I requested & needed & put my questions, concerns & requests off. He attended a status conference without me, not inviting me to it & not consulting with me before had. He requested the judge sign me up for a parenting program, even though I had been very clear about my high conflict ex & that I wanted to go to trial. He refused to update me on the status conference, which is against the bar rules. I filed a grievance against him. The stress, heart ache, the footing I lost because of him is staggering. I ended up firing Doug as his performance was disgraceful. Stay away from this one.
