Dan Hardee helped me win a major modification involving custody and reversal of spousal support conditions from a divorce decree my ex-wife and I had done ourselves. He was studious, planful, honest, personable, and tenacious. He understood the personalities of the judge, opposing counsel, me and my ex-wife, and used that to create a solid strategy. His staff was very helpful and Dan worked to keep costs down by outsourcing work where possible. I highly recommend Dan.
My interactions with Mr. Hardee were not productive. I found that he showed a lack of professionalism that average attorneys give prospective cliets and feel he is biased against a certain gender. I chose a different legal counsel that was very professional, articulate, knowledgeable and exhibited true integrity.
The worst attorney I have ever come across. Poor communication, could care less about your case. I understand attorneys are paid well, however, that is all he seemed to care about and not much else. I’m not sure where he went to school either, but he’s about as intelligent as a nat… If I could go back in time and hire someone else I would. Hire anyone else to defend your case (the family dog, a billy goat, or stranger perhaps) but not this clown.
