Here is another review of the situation Just wow, he must have paid a 'mint' to have my 1st review removed.. not so kosher! The 'James Werter' is nobody I would ever advise utilizing. Last year he sat in on a dispute between me and my adopted daughter (litigation to put the condo I initially paid for in her name). The only problem was and still is, she still owes me approximately $10,000.00. To date, she still has not paid what she owes. Even the 'state litigator' stated Cecelia would never pay. The 'Werter' did not listen to her and caused a family calamity. I even have a file box of her history of theft, lying, manipulation and even a test illustrating her Borderline Personality Disorder as well as being a pathological liar. But did Werter use this telling information, no! He did not even want to see it. Seriously the first report by Rex Cowdry and Elaine Purpel explained in detail all of Cecelia's deficits. Attorney's who turns away pertinent information, don't bother with!
