Hired Attorney

I found Mr. Ross and his staff to be very professional while having a relaxed atmosphere in their office. They made me feel very comfortable and were nonjudgemental towards my situation.

Very busy and difficult to get replies from. Also does not attend the court session for all clients (has a fill in lawyer meet you there)

Hired Attorney

I would call and no one would ever call me back. When I went to court I did not even see Mr Ross and I was not told this at the time. Things were just not communicated to me about my bankruptcy. This was something I had never been into before and I was scare over doing this, but I just felt like it was no big deal to Mr. Ross. I feel my case was not handled like it should have been.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
