Hired Attorney Mindy Hitchcock

Mindy is a fantastic attorney. She has represented me throughout a long and ugly custody battle and has been amazing throughout. She’s worked to my schedule, meeting with me outside of normal business hours, worked with me financially to ensure I could afford to be represented and she's remained professional and diligent even in dealing with unethical opposing counsel. She has been a pleasure to work with and I recommend her to anyone looking for a great attorney who cares about her clients.

Hired Attorney Mindy Hitchcock

Ms. Hitchcock has been a life savior. She has played a large role in the re-uniting of my daughter and I. She has proven that fathers have rights. Now, because of Ms. Hitchcock, I have custody of my daughter. There are still battles we face daily. Ms. Hitchcock is always there. She is very prompt in returning emails and phone calls. I couldn't recommend a better lawyer. I wouldn't be where I am at if it wasn't for her. Thanks Ms. Hitchcock!

I was in the process of a divorce and my original lawyer’s only concern was billing me. He did not defend me, and even agreed that I should pay my lying husband’s legal fees. I felt humiliated and powerless. By amazing luck,I was referred to Mindy Hitchcock and she stood by me every step of the way.Mindy has a huge legal knowledgebase and is very strong.She fights to win,with integrity and heart.She treated me like I was her family. Mindy has renewed my faith in the judicial system and humanity.

Mindy promptly responded to emails but she was late for meetings almost every time and was late for the court date - very frustrating and unprofessional.
I would recommend Mindy only if you were on top of the info. that was needed for your case. She missed giving guidance on a couple issues that should have been included in the settlement papers.
I would recommend Mindy in her ability to delicately handle both partners so only 1 lawyer was needed. Her skills at this alone are reason to use her.

Very poor communication. She dotes on how she wants to help women through the divorce process and ensure justice for women, which is not true in my case. After hiring her, I decided to not proceed with the divorce the very next day. I tried to call her office numerous times to speak with her and received a mailbox full message for days after. She is refusing to reimburse any money, totaling $3500. I can understand if she wanted to charge a fee to cancel, and is now charging $2000 cancelcourtfee

After several calls this client came in and signed a nonrefundable retainer agreement. The next day she changed her mind, she tried to chargeback the entire amount, causing me additional work. As a courtesy, I did refund the unused portion.
