I found Daniel online while looking for Georgia attorneys after a car accident in that state. My injuries were relatively minor, and the at-fault driver was underinsured, so the case had little potential. But Daniel took the case and helped me get the best possible settlement. He and the entire office staff were highly professional yet friendly and wonderful to work with. I strongly recommend Daniel Duello and his firm.

I highly recommend Daniel Duello. Daniel represented me in a personal injury case. After being struck by a drunken driver, getting banged up, and having my car totaled, I received a laughable offer of settlement. I turned the case over to Duello and he went right to work. He helped me track and organize my medical visits and the resulting charges. He insisted that the insurer provide me with a rental car long enough for me to find a replacement. He tracked the status of the drunk driving case against the driver. He kept me informed at every stage of his negotiations of a settlement with the insurance company. Finally, we settled for what I believed to be an equitable amount. His fee was well in line with what I expected. He handled the distribution of the funds quickly. In short, Daniel Duello acted professionally, efficiently, and with integrity.
