Mr. Fisher was the 1st lawyer I consulted for a reckless driving violation. He gave me a price and confident result to expect. I did due diligence by consulting with 5 other lawyers. Only one gave me a lower price, but we played phone tag too often. I eventually ran out of time and contacted Mr Fisher again. He accomplished just as he originally described and got me to a speeding violation at the prices originally given. I never had to change my summer plans or return to VA.

Mr. Fisher represented me when I was arrested for my 2nd DUI in 5 years. He was just as concerned about my welfare as my legal issues. My BAC was very high so he strongly recommended in patient treatment. It pointed me in the right direction and showed the court that I had made necessary changes to avoid future problems. Jonathan proved that there was not enough evidence to convict me and we won. He was confident during the trial and knew exactly how to handle my case.

I was arrested for DUI and refusal in July 2018. After speaking with Mr. Fisher he explained everything he would do to help me with my case, I felt comfortable enough to hire him. On my court date, Mr. Fisher explained he was fully prepared to try my case. I was extremely nervous about the outcome due to the lasting effects a DUI can have on ones record. My trial lasted about 5 minutes, Mr. Fisher was able to get both of my charges dismissed completely. He is worth every penny for his services.

I told him my charge, then i told him my goals and when it came time for court everything was handled without me having to say a word. He was very easy to talk to and made sure that regardless of the outcome he would handle it so that it would not effect my life. Jonathan Fisher is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. He was nice when I first spoke to him and said he will help me through the process. At one point, he actually told me to call another lawyer for advice because he didn't know what he was doing. I called him multiple times and he never answered or called me back.. His voice mail was full so I couldn't leave a message. He rarely responded to my texts trying to find out what was going on with my case. He seemed very disorganized. He continued my trial multiple times with no explanation. The first time was because he was unprepared on the court date. He was late every time. He was 50 minutes late for the final court date. I was actually called up and had to tell the judge he was running late. He claimed that he sent a letter the day before, but the judge was not aware of this. This just shows that he put my case on the back burner, it wasn't important once he took my money... He seemed to have no idea what was going on...
