Mr. Bendt was great in working with me to generate a new will after the sudden demise of my wife. He is very patient in dealing with senior citizens. High honors for Attorney Bendt for effective advocacy in personal injury cases involving an out of state motorist. Attorney Bendt is easy to work with, negotiates with insurance companies assertively; he's efficient working on complex personal injury cases. I am a Georgia resident and my son is a New York resident; our accident occurred in Washington, DC. Atty. Bendt navigated all jurisdictional matters efficiently and managed our case to a very satisfactory conclusion. 10 on a scale of 1-10.
