Hired Attorney

Mark was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood what to expect during each step in my case. He and his staff were extremely responsive when I needed to contact them and they were always kind, understanding, and professional. The outcome of my case would have been much different if I had not hired him. His experience and level of expertise gave me an advantage in the less than perfect legal system.

Hired Attorney

My case was very unique and I never thought I would have a dime. Mark used all hands on deck plus went to other resources around the country to get expert advice. Again, I would be on the street homeless if it wasn't for him and the team he brought together on my behalf. I am extremely grateful

Hired Attorney

Be very careful if you decide to hire Mark Bank. He tells you everything you want to hear to get you as a client, but as soon as you pay his retainer, that all goes out the window. He doesnt respond to emails or calls, and I left so many messages for him that were never returned. He seems to care more about billing hours then focusing on his vulnerabel client. I would think twice before hiring Mark Bank!
