Hired Attorney

I trusted Robert Miller on a case involving my grandkids and CPS. I was innocent and still got treated like a was guilty. Especially by my lawyer Mr Miller. He looked down at me and talked over my head trying to make me feel stupid. He did not fight for me by telling me such things like my 4th and 14th amendment rights being violated and I had no day in court to defend myself, which is what's called a violation of due process. He also never informed me of writ of mandamus or other legal options or game plans. All these rights I have and payed him money to defend me and he never told me anything. I wouldn't trust him fighting a traffic ticket.
