Rick is very honest when you talk to him about your situation. He will tell you what he thinks will happen and what can be done, and what the other persons attorney may do.

Accepted payment to represent me in a misdemeanor charge, but dropped communication with prosecutor and did not appear in court with me.

I hired him in 2015 for my divorce. We went to court and everything went as expected, and the judge declared us divorced.... fast forward to 2023, I am trying to get my ex husband's rights revoked and another man is adopting my children... one big problem, turns out Mr. Hamby never filed the appropriate paper work and had my divorce dropped!!! I am still legally married and had no idea. My ex had been remarried... which is illegal! I am not even sure how to proceed or what to do.
