He committed misconduct against me. He failed to provide me information on the allegations and then made a plea deal with the prosecution that didn’t match statute and would have increased my penalties by placing me on the property of the complainants. The entire prosecution is malicious because they are attempting to cover up that BERRIEN County Sheriff’s Department deputies conspired to deprive my rights and commit felonies. BERRIEN County Government is corrupt, and so far he has not done ONE PROPER THING. He also committed defamation against me and claimed that I may be incompetent because I disagree with his poor (saboteur) legal advice. When he first met me, he couldn’t look me in the eyes, his face turned red, and he cowered in court in front of the judge. After he ordered the defamatory competency exam, his demeanor towards me was arrogant as he made false statements in court. When I informed him that I would be filing a complaint with the Bar Association, he laughed at me.
