Alternative Dispute Resolution

Hired Attorney

Biased, condescending, and unprofessional. In my 13 years of practice I have never encountered someone more obviously biased against younger attorneys. His constant injection of irrelevant subjects and inability to carry a complex thought for more than a few seconds made it impossible to even communicate effectively, let alone make any progress. His ageist bias is all the more ridiculous when viewed in the context of his own childish outbursts of indignance at being "interrupted" (especially when, in reality, this man interrupts as much as anyone I've ever heard). Highly recommend avoiding this person.
