Lacy Katzen was a god send for us! They helped us through 2 difficult elder law situations, one of which we are still working through. My mom ended up in a facility about 3 years ago. We worked with Robin Folts and her team (but most specifically Carol Grecco). I live near Buffalo NY and my 2 siblings near Rochester. Lacey Katzen responded immediately to meet with all of us, including mom and dad, at the facility. Robin very compassionately, guided us through all the paperwork we needed to get mom on medicaid.Mom passed as she was getting approved. About a year ago dad also needed help. They jumped right in and guided us through all the steps we needed to set up a trust to save much of dads assets and dad's house. Robin was fantastic. Dad also passed a few weeks ago.They are now helping us through his estate process. In a heartbeat I would recommend them to anyone looking for legal help.Easy to talk to, very thorough.
