I was contacted by this firm today on behalf of my COA. What they are legally advocating is that the assoc can fine me for having gorgeous flower pots in front of my unit while telling me that the association not cleaning the outside of the building, maintaining the light fixtures or equally enforcing rules is a nonissue. They believe fining me for well maintained flower pots without any proper notice is okay while if the association isn’t in compliance, I need to step up and cover them.
